Product Description
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly knows as plastic king, TEFLON or F4, is a high crystallinity thermoplastic polymer with excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance and non-stickiness.

Properties
1. High temperature resistance, use working temperature up to 250 degrees Celsius
2. Low temperature resistance, good mechanical toughness
3. Good corrosion resistance, inert to most chemicals and solvents, resistant to strong acid, strong alkalis, water and various organic solvents
4. Weather resistance
5. High lubrication, with the smallest coefficient of friction in plastic 
6. Non-toxic, physiologically inert, long-term implantation as artificial blood vessels and organs without adverse reactions
7. Good electrical insulation
8. Non-adhesive, the smallest surface tension in solid materials and does not adhere to any substance
9. Cold flow property
10. The coefficient of linear expansion of PTFE is 10 to 20 times than that of steel, which is larger than that of most plastics, and its linear expansion coefficient changes very irregularly with temperature
